I really appreciated their understanding, flexibility, and kindness during an already stressful travel day. Their thoughtfulness made a big difference! "Great location near Parc Kennedy, walkable to lots of bars & restaurants. The hotel is essentially brand new. Helpful staff, amazing beds and pillows. However, there is a bit of a design flaw, Do not stay in the rooms directly below the gym (9th floor). Initially we were in 809 and we were woken up by what I initially thought were kids...but in fact was the repeated landing motion of someone running on a treadmill. Staff changed us to 508, but even there, there was a slight murmur. This should impact rooms 07 to 09 on the floors below the gym."
