「When I arrived there was someone to assist checking me in. He also helped book atv excursion with the hotel. I will show to my room which was beautiful. I felt very welcome and the view is absolutely breathtaking. There is free breakfast included, which is always a plus. No matter where you go on the property, there are beautiful views. They made sure to check in with me to see if I wanted my room cleaned or just fresh towels. I definitely recommend this hotel.」

「机场接送很好，小伙子非常的热情，前台服务也不错，就是酒店的设施太简单了，毛巾少，也没有喝水的杯子，漱口的杯子，这些都没有很不方便，还没有热水，后来给我换了房间才有热水，下水道也不是很流畅，早餐很不错。」

「The check in lady was helpful and nice. Hotel is very new. The shower did not turn on at the first try and then minutes later water came out. It Is very hard to get transportation here with Uber probably because the area is fairly new or there isn't enough hotels or businesses in the area. It took me 30 minutes and Uber would not answer any requests. I thought because it's so close to the beach maybe I can request an Uber to get there only 2 km away but because there isn't any new Uber...

「For the price it was ok, but the trash around the beach was not appealing. The staff was nice and accommodating, they worked around an issue with my mother which I appreciated. The restaurant was a little slow and the communication was not as clear as it could have been. 」
