New apartment in the historic center and just a few steps from our beautiful boardwalk, is located in the heart of the historic center where you can find countless restaurants and bars and historical attractions. The neighborhood is most safe and quiet. The department has all the services you could need with an unbeatable location; clean, spacious and completely renovated also has an interior patio where you can live and make new friends and spend an excellent afternoon that will make your stay even more enjoyable.

Great barebones place to stay in a very central location. It was easy to walk to all the main tourist areas, while also being quiet and secure. The host is wonderful! Very communicative and accommodating. He let me check in early and also let my friends check into their apartment late as their flight was delayed. He (unprompted) messaged daily with restaurant recommendations and check ins. 100% would not hesitate to stay here next time I visit La Paz. I would not recommend this apartment to those with mobility issues as there are stairs up to each apartment. But, if you are of average fitness, it would be no problem at all. 100% recommended!

Location, location, location

My husband and I have been going to Cabo for the past 20 years, but have never been to La Paz. I was lucky to find Rafael’s listing. The description and pictures are accurate. We took a bus from the SJD airport and it’s a short walk from there. We were coming from a 4 day camping experience and took advantage of the washer and dryer upon arrival. The apartment is centrally located to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, museums, water activities, transportation, and the Malecon. Rafael is exceptionally responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Great location

Rafael was such a great host. He recommended places to eat, offered cleaning, plus gave us a ride to the bus station. He was always quick to respond to my questions. Place was clean, bed was soft, small fridge. We could have used the larger fridge. The apartment is located in central La Paz , close to the melacon and restaurants. we got there right at the end of Carnival, so the first few nights we lost sleep due to noise and vehicles on the street. We took Uber to the beaches which was quite cheap. Walked so much. Such a great city to visit. People are friendly, great food, and seemed like there was a lot going on to see. Never bored. As far as the apartment goes it’s close to the hub of La Paz if that’s what your looking for. One thing we missed was a pool. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back. Thanks Rafael
