“This hotel is comfortable and near domestic airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. Suitable for travelers who need to catch morning flights the next day. No free shuttle bus between hotel and the airport.”

“There was no one answering the phone at all — whether calling housekeeping or reception for help. The shuttle bus service is misleading; the hotel works with a third party and they don’t recommend guests to use it. Honestly, why not just cancel the service altogether?”

“Great location, close to Mascot train station. The room is equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and oven, making it ideal for families.”

“Very good, close to shops and good service. ”

“Overall, the beds are clean and comfortable. However, there are too many flies in the living room and kitchen, which makes the experience annoying.”
