Amazing Stay!

We were not anticipating staying on Madeline Island, but we are so glad we did! This location was perfect, right downtown easy to walk to all the shops and beautiful views for coffee in the morning or wine at night. Super clean, check in and check out were super easy and it was great having easy parking!

Spectacular Accommodation and location

Our family of 4 came from Minneapolis for a few days and Colleen‘a place was just perfect! The view was just amazing and the location couldn’t be better! The Condo was exactly as described. It was just fantastic. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Madeline Island visit

We truly loved our stay at this cozy condo. Everything about it was perfect. Clean, conveniently located, spacious, comfortable with beautiful views. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the furnishings to make it a really nice getaway spot.

Well apportioned and close to everything

My wife and I stayed here when she was taking a week-long class at the School of Arts. The condo was exactly as described and included all the kitchen items needed. The home is centrally located within easy walking of the town’s amenities. It’s about a 4 minute drive to the Madeline Island School of Arts, if that’s your primary destination. Great views of the harbor and people scurrying around the town from the deck.

Overall great stay!

It was a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and the balcony was big for a beautiful view. The only problem I encountered was the dog at the bottom of the step. I had to go around. He was a mix with pit bull. I am sure you can't help that. Dogs now days have more privileges than humans.

Nice stay!

We came for the Apple Festival and really enjoyed staying on the island to get away from the crowds. The rental had an excellent view of Lake Superior and was equipped with just about everything a person would need.

Perfect place to stay in Madeline Island

Great place to stay on Madeline Island. Conveniently located to everything in town. Clean, easy check-in/check-out. A beautiful balcony patio with fabulous views of the lake. We will definitely be back.

Great location right in the middle of La Pointe

We had a great stay in this 2 bed condo right on the main street in LaPointe….close to ferry, food, and a view of the harbor. There was an energy that comes from that. Communication with the hosts was excellent - they showed a real concern that we experience a good stay. Very appreciated. It is not a new place - had some quirks but overall met our needs and beyond. Bonus: The restaurant below our condo serves a delicious dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Finding serenity

The condo was as I expected, convenient location. 2 blocks from the ferry dock. I had to go to Bayfield to meet my daughter, granddaughter and great granddaughter . We had a great time on Madeline Island and would go there again. 20 stairs was a bit rough but was good exercise.

Awesome condo and deck

We've stayed here many times and it's always a pleasure communicating with Colleen and Tom. The condo is everything you need including parking. It's right in the heart of the action but because you're on the second floor it's far enough away from it all to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Superior. We find the large deck to be our favorite place to hang out to people watch and sip a cocktail. It's steps away from the lake, several bars and restaurants and even the grocery store (though please note, groceries are limited somewhat based on time of year and how busy the weekends are). An amazing condo with amazing owners.

Magical Place

We had a wonderful stay here over Thanksgiving weekend. I am no stranger to Madeline Island, but this was my first time at this property. The condo is beautiful, with a large deck and a lake view. It's right in town, so you have easy access to everything that La Pointe has to offer. The place is well-furnished and the kitchen is well-supplied, we were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner with only a few of our own cookware items. The beds are very comfortable. There's trash and recycling right downstairs. Make sure to check out Mission Hill coffee shop right below the condo year round, and Seiche restaurant while it is in season! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had such a lovely stay.

Nothing fancy but everything works

Location is great. Host is very attentive. The place is nice and clean. It would have been nice if there was coffee for the coffee machines. We were surprised that most places were closed after Labor day. In all we are happy with the place.

The Best Place On Madeline Island

It doesn't get any better than this place. We loved being in the heart of town and such easy access to the mopeds and ferry. Had a blast on the 5 hour boat ride - highly recommend it. Our accommodation were perfect - clean, pretty and well kept. Hope to come again!
