“The bar on the water is a must.”

“Breakfast was fresh, room very clean, only one con no pc ports in the room. ”

“This is a newer hotel so overall it’s clean and looks good. Bad part - when we tried to check in their systems were down so they couldn’t give us key cards and we had to wait for someone to walk us to our room. If we left we had to get them to let us back in. That was fixed the next day. When we got in our room the toilet had a slow leak under the toilet. We called down and were told they have no maintenance people until Monday. This was Friday. So we just had to put a towel in front of the……

“A beautiful spot in a lush park. The building is charming and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were so unfriendly--kept us waiting for 5 minutes even though no one else was there, did not make eye contact or smile or apologize for the wait--that this inhospitality marred the visit.”

“Fair breakfast”

“Parking was limited. Often people double parked over lines didn’t allow others to park. The hotel seemed dated and needed carpet cleaning and shelving and cabinets replaced. Windows were clouded white . The elevator arrived with an extreme thud both rising and downward. I reported the parking issue and the clerk looked at me like I was out of my mind and didn’t say a word.”

“Okay staff is really nice but the building is under construction and there was some leaks from the ceilings at random places, I truly appreciate the staff but they need to be more clean and on it with mopping the rooms and cleaning the rug. The steam room was unclean and the sauna, breakfast was 10/10.”

“We found bed bugs in our room, the bathroom was filthy. The older gentleman that checked us in was kind and helpful, the man that checked us out was not. One of the staff was also playing with a tennis ball in the parking lot and loitering around, he ended up hitting our car with the ball. We checked out early and were not able to get a refund.”

“Shower water is not hot enough and a little small.”

“Scary hotel. Dirty and poor upkeep of property. Ready for demolition . Bugs in bed some type of beetle and carpet a disgrace, just plain filthy.”

“Terrible . We find a leftover fish in the microwave and a hoodie in the bathroom . Not to mention unclean tub and rug. You deserve something better .I Sleep without shower and with my clothes on.”
