“We had a wonderful time! The property was just as described. The view was incredible. Lots of full length windows looking out onto the lake. Very comfortable. It was just my husband and I, but we could have easily taken our whole family and had plenty of room. Jamie was very accessible and made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to go back in the summer or during the fall. I’m sure the fall leaves around the lake are amazing.”

“Its a one room octagon shape , has a real kitchen . The hot water is insanely hot and the bathroom is so tiny and unfinished. There's a hot tub and a sauna but the sauna is a very small portable enclosed plastic enclosure . I wasn't impressed by it . The closeness to the beach makes this property and it was so nice to be able to walk to the beach whenever I wanted .”

“Beautiful home! Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We weren’t expecting it to be on the second floor but honestly loved it that much more for it. It provided a quiet and private space for us to enjoy & with beautiful trees. The house is full of historic charm and beauty and is well cared for and beautifully decorated. It’s close to our favorite little root beer stand with the best root beer which was also a plus ”

The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long day. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. After checkout, I realized I had accidentally left behind a few important items that we needed for our event. “Host offered nice amenities. First night was lovely. Fiddkehead had great food. MC proper is beautiful. It would have otherwise been a very nice trip. Beware: This is a duplex with a top and bottom unit. Our second night was sleepless, with a rowdy party all night even past 4 am. Pounding up and down the floor. Scraping of the heavy metal kitchen chairs along the ceramic tile floor. Loud music. At one point we thought there was a fight. Police were called twice. Beware that there is nothing they……

We all enjoyed the fire pit area to relax and talk and the loft upstairs was super fun to sleep all together and spend quality time with family Secret cubby for my 2 grandsons was highlight of their trip!Cleanest place we’ve ever stayed and we really appreciate that!
