Nestled in between the Santa Rosa Mountains, it sits high up in the La Quinta Cove and offers stunning, up-close mountain views from the front courtyard, the back patio and inside the house.
Entertainment such as restaurants/shops in Old Town La Quinta or Palm Desert, festivals in the Coachella Valley, or Palm Springs and even Joshua Tree National Park are easily reachable.

Please note that we cannot allow parties or events at the residence due to the quiet, residential neighborhood the house is located in. The City of La Quinta strictly enforces their noise regulations (please see House Rules for more information).

The pool is a good-sized plunge pool (with depth from 3' to over 5') for taking refreshing dips and lounging. Pool area is not separated by a safety fence from the house; the house is therefore not suited for children.
Pool is not heated but will be warmed by desert sun from spring through fall. Hot tub heat is complimentary.
