Fresh and clean and new!
Very clean and well maintained property. Owner clearly has pride of ownership. Unit was exactly as depicted in photos and Giovanni was very responsive when communicating. Would definitely recommend.

It Was Perfect
Ground floor location made it perfect for seniors and the proximity to Old Town La Quinta was a bonus. Unit came exactly as described, which from past experience, isn't always the case.

Great value in great location
This was a very reasonably priced condo unit in quaint La Quinta. A short walk to lots of restaurants and shops in oldtown. The unit was clean, with really high ceilings, and had everything that we needed. Fantastic hosts as well!

Great condo, walk to many restaurants/bars!
We enjoyed our stay, the condo is about a 5 min walk to a bunch of great restaurants and bars, just min away from Pete Dye PGA west mountain course (great track) try the carrot cake and an old fashion at Arnies restaurant, also within walking distance. We hope this unit is available for our next trip to La Quinta, if so we would stay again!
