The Perfect Home Away From Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Palm Royale Country Club was FANTASTIC! The condo was super clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The central location enabled easy access to golf courses, tennis events, restaurants and shopping. During our stay there was an appliance issue and the staff at Royale Vacation Rentals were quick to respond and the issue was addressed immediately. As well, the owners graciously provided a gift certificate for the inconvenience. Royale Vacation Rentals were readily available to answer any of our questions and we would highly recommend them. We hope to return to Palm Royale in the future.

Month at Palm Royale

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were many issues with this rental such as gate access, garbage disposal in sink, toilet running, TV. These were all handled quickly by the rental agency but should have been identified before our arrival. The unit had very poor lighting for reading and unit needs to be repainted. There is no clubhouse with a restaurant in this complex.
