Besides the fact that our room was not cleaned in 3 nights stay, the facility is decent and its central location makes it a nice spot to be in la Roche/Yon.

- bruit permanent du climatiseur / chauffage alors qu il est éteint. On m’a dit à l’accueil qu ils sont au courant du problème, que même eux en dormant sur place ce bruit les gêne il y a à disposition des boules quies. J’ai demande à changer de chambres mais pas possible. J’ai réussi à dormir une heure. Donc si vous cherchez du calme ce n’est pas le bon hôtel. - j’ai payé 130€ la nuit avec petit déjeuner quant une autre personne a eu 110€ avec le dîner. Je ne comprends pas de tels écart sur une même date. Bref assez déçue de cet hôtel.

Chambre pour quatre mais avec un seul lit double prêt. Petit déjeuner sommaire. Personne à l'accueil durant plusieurs heures et injoignable par téléphone la plupart du temps.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La place Napoléon est facilement accessible à pied depuis l’hôtel. Il est facile de se garer devant l’hôtel. La chambre pour 4 était pratique et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais bon.

Équipement et propreté médiocre

2 chambres réservés suivant photos attrayantes et connaissant la qualité des Originals hôtels. Qualités et équipements des chambres loin detre en adéquation avec cette chaîne. Douche minuscule, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre. De plus 1 chambre annulée qui n'a visiblement pas été prise en compte et facturation immédiate de cette chambre sans aucun effort commercial consenti. A oublier et a black lister.

Hotel bastabte céntrico. No dispone de parking pero facil aparcamiento por la zona. Habitación pequeña. No dispone de restaurante y el desayuno deja mucho que desear tanto por precio como por variedad.

Hôtel ne justifiant pas les 3 étoiles

Points positifs : Personne accueillante à notre arrivée. Literie correcte Points négatifs : Hôtel pas du tout insonorisé (voisin qui parle, sèche cheveux de chambre voisine, porte qui claque…) Service de chambre pas génial : bouteilles vides et poubelles non vidées. Serviette de bain manquante pour une personne. Trop de cheveux trouvés sur les draps à notre arrivée. Chambre pas représentative des photos et trop petite (pour 3), pas de place à circuler dans la chambre. Porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas. Baignoire trop petite et bouchon qui ne tient pas pour faire un bain. Hôtel qui mérite un bon rafraîchissement de manière générale (moquette (à bannir), toile sur les murs (qui semble cacher la misère)…). Petit déjeuner classique ne justifiant pas le prix (pas de fruit, pas de salé…). Au vu du prix de la nuitée 90€ (x2 puisque nous avions prévus 2 nuits), nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour en plus d’une ville fantôme.

Très bien placé , chambre de bonnes dimensions, excellent accueil. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Matelas trop ferme pour mon confort (un surmatelas serait le bienvenu!) et pas d'insonnorisation entre les chambres
