「The hotel is very small (maybe 16 rooms) and right on the old port. You simply cannot beat the location. Check-in was a bit unusual, as the reception was not open for check-in until 3 pm. There is an option for an earlier check-in for a small fee but we arrived right at 3. There is no elevator and the initial stairs up to the reception area are steep. Situated in a quiet street but only 10 minutes walk from the harbour and 20 from the station it is ideally situated.
Staff were incredibly helpful throughout our short stay: receptionist was very welcoming and provided helpful suggestions of areas to visit. We had gluten free options for breakfast, the waiter was most helpful and went out of his way for us.
