    Appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Beaucoup de délicates attentions ( il suffirait d’un peu d’ombre sur la terrasse pour avoir 5/5) Quartier médiocre par contre. Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble

    Félicitations

    Nous avons ete tres enchantees par cet appartement magnifique. Le seul inconvenient effectivement pas de parasol ou de store qut le soleil tape tres fort et dommage que la tele soit collee sur le mur suivant ou l'on se trouve on ne voit pas les images. Apres l'agence est a toutes les ecoutes ,je la recommande. Je reviendrai vers eux sans probleme.

    Absence de communication en amont, Propreté qui laisse largement à désirer : couettes, couvertures et oreillers sales, sable dans le salon, saletés dans les salles de bains. Inadmissible, je déconseille fortement !

    La situation de l'appartement dans la ville n'est pas idéale et la vue très quelconque. Le ménage n'était pas correctement fini (linge sale dans la corbeille à linge, toilettes et lavabos pas net). Aucun parasol fourni pour la terrasse malgré un soleil de plomb donc impossibilité d'utiliser la terrasse le matin et en journée. Sinon, l'appartement est bien aménagé.

    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Location dans un immeuble neuf, propre, décorée avec goût et fonctionnelle. Sans aucune hésitation location que nous recommandons et que l'on aura plaisir à y retourner.

    Location très agréable, pas trop éloigné du centre ville que l'on peut rejoindre à pied ou à vélo. L'appartement est très calme avec garage au sous-sol. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé et nous avons gardé l'adresse pour de prochaine vacances sur La Rochelle
