  • Le Perroquet de La Rochelle is perfect for a stay for 2 or 4 people in La Rochelle!

    Ideally located right in the heart of the city, you can do everything on foot. Points of interest are within a 1-km walk of the apartment:
    - restaurants: 50 m
    - harbor: 100 m
    - Vieux Port Ouest parking lot (paid): 200m
    - market square: 1km
    - aquarium: 1km
    - train station: 1km
    - Esplanade des Parcs parking lot (free): 1.5km

    Since the apartment faces a courtyard, you’ll enjoy both convenience and peace and quiet.
    Accommodation
    Le Perroquet de La Rochelle was renovated in early 2020. All you have to do is unpack your bags and enjoy your stay!

    Sheets and towels are provided, as is coffee. :)

    Wi-Fi and TV are also available and free of charge.

    For longer stays, a washing machine is available for your use.
    Guest access
    The apartment is available at 3:00 PM, and you can arrive at any time (late at night, for example).

    If you’re arriving by train, the station is a 1-kilometer walk from the apartment.
    If you’re arriving by car, I recommend two parking lots:
    - Vieux Port Ouest parking lot: 200 meters away; paid parking
    - Esplanade des Parcs parking lot: 1.5 km away; free parking (please note that only part of the lot is free)

Appartement très bien situé centre-ville

Appartement rénové au deuxième étage, joliment décoré. Tout l'essentiel est fourni. Idéalement situé au cœur de la magnifique ville de La Rochelle (centre-ville, plage, parcs, parkings). Juste à savoir, pdt festival Francofolies, pas de possibilité d'approche en voiture. Rue animée mais calme dans appartement car donne sur cour. Pendant festival, concerts jusqu'à minuit. Très bon séjour.

HÔTE A FUIR - APPARTEMENT SALE

Séjour du 23/12 au 26/12/23: Des gros problèmes de propreté, des draps qui n'ont pas été changés, les draps de rechange sentaient l'humiditén une vaisselle sale etc...le propriétaire a été informé tout de suite, à part des excuses aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé malgré mes relances par sms, pire l'hôte fait le mort. J'en informe Abritel, dès le 2/1 avec toutes les preuves (photos, capture d'écran des sms) le dossier n'est pas traité. J'appelle aujourd'hui le 16/2/24, comme l'hôte ne veut rien faire, Abritel ne fera rien non plus car soit disant le séjour est terminé. Donc moralité, fuyiez Abritel aussi car ils ne servent à rien en cas de problème, pas besoin de payer des frais de dossier rien.
