“The room was ok. We were there only for one night. The area is a little shady, but we were (somewhat) close to the La Romana Cruise Port. ”

“Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price. Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms……

“All rooms that were booked through expedia were double booked.No rooms were available. No one spoke english at the counter, which made it very difficult to sort out. Went to another hotel and expedia will not refund my money as hotel will not return their communication ”

“The staff was amazing and the place is nice. Unfortunately our last night there the hotel didn’t have water and we couldn’t shower. But, beside that it was a good experience. ”

“We stayed at a studio. It is roomy for two people. Air conditioner works even though you do not need it most of the time (in March). The staff is nice and friendly. Host is very responsive. Beach is across the street. The ocean is shallow which is good for children. There are restaurants and small shops nearby.”

“Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, notwendige Reparaturen wurden nicht durchgeführt. Insgesamt macht es einen schmuddeligen Eindruck, das Zimmer allerdings war sauber. Der TV war vorhanden, ging aber nicht. Der Pool wurde während unserer Anwesenheit von niemandem genutzt, wir hatten auch kein Verlangen ihn zu nutzen.Die Lage ist gut, man erreicht das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Die Handtücher waren verschlissen. Beim Check-in wurde uns zunächst ein Budget Zimmer zugeteilt. Erst auf……

“The hotel offers its own parking, which is very convenient and a big plus, especially if you’re driving. The location is easy to find and check-in was smooth overall. However, there are a couple of downsides. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Also, since the hotel is located right next to the street, it can be quite noisy, especially at night. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for convenience, but improving the water pressure and……
