“We had a wonderful 2 nights stay in June. Beatrice is a dream host, communication was thoughtful and friendly starting before our trip, a lovely welcome on day one through to help when needed during our stay. Lots of very helpful info shared which was very useful for our stay. The apartment is perfect, beautiful, charming, everything you need spotlessly clean and views to die for! An experience not to be missed. We loved all of Beatrice’s beautiful artwork and artefacts from her travels, such a……

“Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top.”

托斯卡纳丰特韦尔德温泉度假村

托斯卡纳丰特韦尔德温泉度假村

8/10 好
"The hotel should clearly inform guests at check-in if a suggested gratuity will be added to their bill, and explain that it is entirely optional. Although we understood that we could decline it, discovering this charge without any prior notice left us feeling caught off guard and uncomfortable. Tipping should be a voluntary gesture of appreciation, rather than something guests have to ask to have removed. Greater transparency would have made a real difference to our experience."
