La Serena Beach Hotel

"Not great we had 3 apartments 2 of the rooms had really marked settees. 1 shower stoped working and was not really hot. "

"This hotel was an excellent choice for an American. The room was big and very clean. Some of the staff spoke English and were very helpful getting around and finding a taxi. There is no room service. The attached restaurant was not good for a non-Spanish speaker -- no printed menus just online. I could access the menu but there was no English version. Even though I have a pretty good Spanish vocabulary, I couldn't understand the food choices and no one was there to explain. But, there are lots...

"I liked that it was right across the street from the beach. The free breakfast buffet was excelent and the Porta restaurant next to the hotel was amazing. There was nothing I did not like about the place. Some might say the hotel look might be outdated but because it so clean and prestine that it did not phase me."
