The staff were helpful, they addressed a check in issue immediately. The room was clean. I would not bother to get the breakfast though, it’s quite limited in options.

The hotel, staff and breakfast are all good. I would have given the hotel a 4 or 5 overall rating but, I had prepaid on Expedia early on the day of arrival. On arrival I was asked to pay again as the reception staff said I hadn’t paid. Therefore I’ve now paid twice. After proving I’d paid twice they’ve said they will get a refund. I check out today but still no refund so I will have to chase after departure. All good apart from that but the room space is a bit tight. I would use KYRIAD again as have stayed before.

Très bonne accueil, personnels très agréables. Par contre juste un problème au de la chambre aucun endroit pour rangé nos vêtements, douche trop petite pour des personnes imposante, obligé de sortir dans le petit couloir pour s'habiller. Je redis personnels supers ne changer rien, et petit déjeuner très diversifié tout était bien disposé pour bien déjeuner, je remets une notes de 20/20 Je le recommanderais à mon entourage Mr BOZET Lionel

Chambre minuscule mais suffisante pour une nuit en transit. Très propre !!!! Et très calme... Nous avons pu dormir la fenêtre ouverte ! Accueil agréable. Literie confortable. Tt petit cabinet de toilette mais douche spacieuse et linge de toilette à disposition. Rapport qualité prix parfait.... Bravo à l'équipe aussi discrète qu efficace....

Pas satisfait de ce séjour. Tapisserie décollée, mur habimé, salle de bain sale : poils pubiens dans la douche, joins moisie, mur sale avec des taches noires 25 minutes pour avoir les clefs, pourtant j’étais seul et eux ils étaient 3 à la réception
