「不是很好的住宿體驗, 大概半夜到達, 房卡打不開, 櫃台人員也解決不了, 試了兩三次, 奔波於房間與櫃台浪費時間, 最後才換房間, 房間設施陳舊, 床單與床也很差, 收費極貴, 不知道貴在甚麼地方」

「Hôtel très sympa et lieu tres typique italien. Les chambres sont propres et calmes. Le petit déjeuner plutôt complet. Le restaurant est très bon avec des plats préparés et réfléchis. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. On y retourne sans hésitation.」

「It is next to the motorway but that didn't stop us sleeping. It is very basic but clean and friendly. We had a room at the top. Initially we are given an upgrade to a room with a sauna but someone had been smoking in it. After breakfast on two days we spent a lovely time on the terrace with me playing on my computer and my wfe painting. Not far the motorway! Served us well」

「Enzo was amazing from the moment I booked the hotel. I knew we would be arriving late on the train and he was so calming and reassuring - this was important as we have never travelled to Italy before. Grazie! The breakfast was delicious, simple and just enough. The hotel is walkable to many restaurants and sites to see, we enjoyed the Ferrari Museum and had dinner at two wonderful restaurants.」

「Das Hotel ist in einem gutem Zustand, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Kaffee und Tee stand zur Verfügung. Einen Flaschenöffner gab es nicht auf dem Zimmer und auf Nachfrage sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in der Bar, war es nicht möglich einen Flaschenöffner zu bekommen (was ich als sehr enttäuschend empfand). Der Spa Bereich ist Aufpreispflichtig, was nirgends in der Beschreibung stand. Was ich ebenfalls als enttäuschend empfand....
