Was a great location. Close to shopping and buses. The train station was a little further away than I had hoped but the bus got us from the apartment to the station in short time. Armando was a wonderful host and did everything possible to assist us. We would stay at his apartment again. Thank you - Joel & Trish

Wonderful

Host Armando was very gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is ideal, right on the bus line, travel throughout the city was very easy. Condo was very spacious and felt like home away from home. Kitchen, laundry, terrace, smart TV- with stores and eateries present as well- made for a very relaxing time in La Spezia.

Good base to explore the area

We chose La Spezia as a base to explore the area. Our host was wonderful and very helpful getting us oriented with buses, ferries, and towns to visit. The apartment is very spacious and the air conditioning was an added bonus as Liguria was very hot during our visit. Good connection to the train station with the number 3 bus and a huge shopping mall a short walk if needed.

Lovely apartment

Super nice and friendly host! The apartment, and especially the terrace was lovely, and we had a great stay. The location is a bit far away from the train station, especially since the buses don’t go that late. Anyways, very good host and beautiful week in La Spezia

A wonderful stay

We have just finished a 4-week stay in this apartment and we had a wonderful time. Our host, Armando, met us when we arrived and showed us to the reserved parking space in a secure car park nearby - a definite bonus when parking spaces are in short supply. The apartment is very spacious and well furnished and upstairs the private sun terrace was a definite bonus, perfect for watching the sun set with a glass of wine! Within a few minutes walk there are coffee bars, a supermarket, fresh vegetable shop, pizza eat-in or takeaway and wine shop. It is only a 20-minute walk into the city centre for many more shops and a huge market, as well as a beautiful palm-lined promenade where boats can ferry you to the Cinque Terre and other local places of interest. All in all a great and memorable holiday!

This spacious and comfortable apartment is on the 5th floor of a nice building. The place was spotlessly clean for our arrival and although a little dated, everything is good. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed super-comfortable. For us, the secure parking beneath the building opposite was a plus. There are cafes and shops in the streets surrounding with supermarkets 5 minutes walk away. Many good restaurants in the main town area about 15 minutes walk. During our stay we used the train to get around the cinque terre which was really busy. Porto Venere was much nicer, with no crowds and easy to reach by car. Montemarcello and Tellaro are also nice for walking. You can easily enjoy Pisa and Lucca in one day, we took our bicycles to get around.

Merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons passés 8 jours dans l'appartement à la Spezia. A notre arrivée, Armando le propriétaire, nous a expliqué dans un très bon Français les sites à visiter, l'utilisation des transports en commun et donné quelques adresses utiles. Conformément à l'annonce, l'appartement est confortable, spacieux et lumineux. Le stationnement dans le parking couvert et sécurisé est vraiment appréciable. Armando est à l'écoute, très serviable et il nous a proposé gracieusement de rester une journée de plus car nous n'avons pas été gâté par la météo, une journée en alerte pluie et vent. Merci encore pour ce geste. Si vous souhaitez passer un bon séjour pour visiter "les cinq terres", la situation de l'appartement est idéale : à 10 min du centre ville, 20 min de la gare à pied, et le bus pour y accéder s'arrête à 100m de l'immeuble. Aucun regret sur notre choix, nous recommandons cet appartement et son propriétaire pour sa gentillesse.

Excellentes vacances en Italie

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement idéalement placé en ville avec les avantages et les inconvénients qui vont avec. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le parking privé et couvert très proche de l'appartement, si bien que nous avons pu y laisser notre véhicule toute la semaine en sécurité ! Le propriétaire est très avenant et très sympa. Nous lui avons demandé un ventilateur à notre arrivé et dés le lendemain, il nous en a apporté un neuf ! Et en plus il parle un très bon français, ce qui est fort appréciable. Les environs sont très beau et ça vaut vraiment le détour comme on dit ! Nous recommandons !

Séjour parfait

La description de l annonce est conforme. La situation de l appartement est idéale pour visiter la région. Bus au pied de l appartement qui emmène en 10 minutes à la gare. Nous avons pu visiter les cinq terre, Pise, et tous les environs de La Spezzia sans problème. L accueil est formidable, dans un parfait français et le propriétaire est pleins d intentions et de bons conseils. Je recommande cette location et encore un grand merci à Armando!!

Urlaub in La Spezia

Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und man kann sich gut mit ihm verständigen (wir konnten uns beispielsweise auf deutsch unterhalten). Außerdem bekommt man vor dem Urlaub bereits Informationen über den Ort, wie beispielsweise Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie Restaurant-empfehlungen. Vor Ort gibt er weitere Tipps für andere, weniger überlaufene Orte die man besichtigen könnte. Beim Check-in und Check-out kommt der Vermieter dem Gast auf Nachfrage entgegen und ist jederzeit für Fragen und Anliegen erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und beinhaltet alles, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwarten kann. Darüber hinaus ist ein privater Tiefgaragenstellplatz in dem Preis der Wohnung inbegriffen, sowie ein privates Abteil auf der Dachterrasse.

très plaisant

L'appartement est bien situé, calme et confortable, de plus il y a un garage fermé pour la voiture. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et prêt à donner des explications en ce qui concerne le séjour, les lieux à visiter, ou il faut prendre le bus, le train, le bateau, tout cela dans notre langue, le français. Si on rencontre un problème, on peut lui téléphoner, bref il est à l'écoute des locataires. On recommande pour visiter les Cinque Terre.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit toller Terrasse

Wir wurden von unserem Gastgeber sehr herzlich empfangen und haben viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge erhalten. Auch im Vorfeld lief die Kommunikation reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch was Küchenutensilien angeht. Es gibt auch eine Spül- und eine Waschmaschine. In der Wohnung war alles sauber und gut möbliert, sie ist aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick über Berge und Stadt und kann im Sonnenuntergang zu Abend essen. Die Terrasse ist über Aufzug und Treppenhaus zu erreichen, es gibt aber auch einen Balkon. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Wohnviertel eine gute Viertelstunde zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, alternativ fährt ein Bus. Es gibt einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe sowie ein Einkaufszentrum ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Krankenhaus liegt nur ein paar Blöcke entfernt, sodass man gelegentlich die Martinshörner hört.

Parfait !

Nous avons rencontré un propriétaire exceptionnel de gentillesse et d'arrangement. L'appartement est très spacieux, très propre et très bien situé avec le bus qui s'arrête à 2 pas pour aller à la gare. Le parking couvert pour la voiture dans l'immeuble en face est un vrai plus pour la tranquillité. Merci encore à Armando.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Der Vermieter ist absolut nett, gibt wertvolle Tipps und die Wohnung bietet alles. Sehr sauber, gute Lage, wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Als Ausgangspunkt absolut geeignet, da die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür ist. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Très beau séjour pour découvrir les 5 Terres et le Golfe des Poètess

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement d'Armando qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et avec une extrême gentillesse. L'appartement est très confortable, la terrasse est agréable pour se prélasser et prendre ses repas. Le parking sécurisé est très appréciable. Nous pouvons rejoindre très facilement le centre ville et la gare centrale de la Spezia à pieds pour ensuite accéder aux villages des 5 Terres en train. C'est l'appartement idéal pour visiter les 5 Terres. Nous remercions chaleureusement Armando.

Très bon séjour à la Spezia, l’appartement est bien placée, beaucoup de choses à proximité, l’accueil a été au top, et l’appartement est très propre. La seule chose c’est la déco de l’appartement que ne peut être pas plaire à tout le monde mais c’est une chose vraiment secondaire. Si vous allez en voiture parking garantie.

Très bon séjour.

Appartement bien situé. Bus au dessus pour rejoindre la station de trains pour visiter les cinques terres .Pas très loin non plus du joli port de la Spezia.Le plus c'est une place de parking souterrain pour sécuriser notre voiture personnel et ne pas à avoir à payer de parking Très bon accueil du propriétaire
