“Logement parfait pour visiter la région des cinq Terres ! Propre, agréable, tranquille et très bien placé, nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour à La Spezia. Bien qu'il soit un peu à l'écart du centre ville, nous avons pris le bus (arrêt à 500m) puis le train à la gare centrale pour les cinq terres. Nous sommes tout proche aussi de jolis petits villages en direction de Portovenere, nous y avons passé notre dernière soirée. Nous regrettons de ne pas y être allés avant. Il a fait chaud mais la clim……

“Beautifull House Not a long vacation but we were lucky to have stayed in Mr. Albertos Villa. The house is so beautiful and clean, big enough for a big family. The garden is lovely and the most worthwhile is the location, the house is close to the coast and great view. Varous Great Restaurants in walking distance; La Spezia and Porto Venere are places worth visiting and vacationing. Thanks again Alberto ”

“It was absolutely amazing. The home had tons of character. Straight out of the story books of Italy. Nice breeze blowing throughout the house with the windows open. Great kitchen for cooking. Balcony dinners were the best. The walking streets outside of the home were very magical as well. Only negative was limited parking but a minor problem for such a great place. ”

“Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sie war sehr sauber. Der Balkon war eher klein, der Ausblick jedoch sehr schön. Pitelli ist ein kleines Bergdorf mit einem Supermarkt. Die Pizzeria ist eher ein Lieferdienst, jedoch kann man auch vor Ort essen. Rund um Pitelli kann man auch gut mit dem Bus fahren, der kostenlose ist. Trotzdem ist es empfehlenswert ein Auto zu haben, da die Busse nach 18.00 Uhr nicht mehr fahren. Wer gut zu Fuß ist und gerne wandert, kann von Pitelli aus schöne……

Appartamento molto vicino alla stazione, comodo per raggiungere la Cinque Terre: l’unica pecca è che la zona è sovraelevata alla città dunque bisogna percorrere una lunga salita ogni volta che si vuole prendere il treno o scendere in centro città (non adatto ovviamente dunque a persone con disabilità motoria).”

“We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in La Spezia! The location was ideal—easy to walk to local main sights, shops, and restaurants. Short walking distance from the train station, that takes you to the 5 towns in Cinque Terra. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, especially a laundry machine. The host was welcoming and made everything simple. We’d happily stay here again!”

Easy and flat 25 minutes to heart of old city or to port. Host was exceptional, meeting us in person at the hnit despite numerous train delays, helped navigate a train strike for us, provided detailed food and travel recommendations.
