Well appointed, the apartment comprises:
- one bedroom with double bed ;
- bedroom with pull-out bed
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining room opening onto the living room.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and peacefulness.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: cot, TV, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, fan, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located :
- close to the municipal swimming pool ;
- 5 minutes' walk from the “Lidl” supermarket for everyday shopping;
- 10 minutes by bike from the beach and the city center, where you'll find some of Arcachon's most famous sights: Parc Mauresque, Quartier de la Ville d'Hiver, Observatoire Sainte-Cécile, Basilique Notre-Dame, etc. ;
- 15 minutes by car from the Dune du Pilat.
Professional housekeeping is carried out before and after each guest.

Arcachon is a commune in south-western France, in the Gironde region. It's the perfect place to enjoy nature-based activities, with its many hiking trails, cycle paths and waterways ideal for water sports. You can spend the day sunbathing on the beach, strolling along the harbor or taking a boat out to Île aux Oiseaux. La Ville d'Hiver is a district where you can discover eccentric and original architecture, mosaics, Gothic mansions and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of the Bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
It's a town full of charm, perfectly combining the renowned seaside resort with a typical small town with the scent of pine and sea salt.

- Bordeaux airport: 47 minutes away by car.
