Nestled on a wooded plot of over 1,000 m², this magnificent villa of approximately 130 m² offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and a heated swimming pool.
Upon arrival, you are greeted by an entrance hall leading to a bright, south- and west-facing dining/living room equipped with sofas, armchairs, and a television. The separate, fully equipped kitchen (with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, and 3 induction hobs) also has a dining area and provides access to the garden. A convenient laundry room with a washing machine and plenty of storage space is also available. A shower room with WC and three well-appointed bedrooms complete the layout: a first west-facing bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a chest of drawers, a second east-facing bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a closet/wardrobe, and finally a third west-facing bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a closet/wardrobe. A bathroom with WC is also available.
Outside, you'll enjoy a well-maintained garden, a terrace with furniture, a beautiful heated salt-water pool (10 x 4 cm) with a submerged alarm, and a pétanque court. For children, play equipment such as a trampoline, a swing, and a slide are available.
The entire villa is spacious, contemporary, and easy to maintain, with its parquet and tiled floors. Air conditioning is available in the dining/living room and the kitchen. You can also park several vehicles within the villa grounds, including under a carport. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.
