Arnaque sur le rapport qualité-prix

Couverture sale et tachée, pas de grande casserole et sans manche pour tenir, problème pour capter la télé, machine linge cassée, madame peu aimable. A éviter ce logement, alors que la Teste est plutôt un bon endroit (Pyla et huitres).

Âmenagement peu adéquat

Chambre avec deux lits simples ( peu confortables) peu adaptés pour couple Cuisine dans une veranda non chauffée donc attention au periode Les ustensiles non entretenus et usités Télévision de petite taille et à distance Piscine ??? Par contre lieu silencieux et reposant

françois et stéphanie ont enchanté notre séjour par leur gentillesse et leur accueil un logement sympa dans un jardin super beau et entretenu si je doit revenir dans la région c'est ici que je logerais françois et sa fille vous emmène dans des endroits sublime pour la baignade encore merci a lui et a sa femme et leur fille

Total dépaysement dans un environnement paysagé exceptionnel et proche de tout!

Quand on arrive, on se retrouve dans un jardin exotique magnifique, une pelouse digne des plus beaux terrains de golf, on découvre l'hébergement avec toutes commodités, parfaitement intégré au paysage, abrité par les arbres et végétaux, il ne fait jamais trop chaud lors des pics de températures. Stéphanie, Coline et François vous accueillent, le cœur sur la main, vous avez l'impression d'être en formule club tellement l'accompagnement est de qualité. Matt Gyver François vous fait découvrir le bassin d'Arcachon en avion et en zodiac, moyennant une participation aux frais qu'il convient de suggérer et en fonction de la durée de votre séjour pour programmer les créneaux. Depuis votre logement, la piscine située sur le terrain vous permet de vous détendre. Que vous soyez d'un caractère "renfermé" ou très ouvert, vous retrouverez tout ce dont vous recherchez pour des vacances parfaites. Merci à la famille Hamot pour tous ces merveilleux moments. Super vacances! A refaire et à recommander!

Location idéale pour un séjour avec des enfants et propriétaires accueillants et très sympathiques. Arrivés à destination, nous avons découvert un superbe jardin, bien arboré et tout au bout un poulailler et un canard qui ont ravis notre enfant . Des jeux d'enfants sont à disposition (balançoire, toboggan, etc) L'appartement est situé dans le jardin, en pleine verdure , c'est très agréable et calme. Une piscine couverte est également à disposition, ainsi qu'une plancha et une grande table pour les repas dehors. Nous remercions Stéphanie, François et leur fille pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité, leur bonne humeur et la découverte de la région en particulier la dune sauvage que nous n'aurions pu connaitre sans eux. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter une prochaine fois pour la ballade en bateau ou en avion!

Petit havre de paix et ambiance campagnarde

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires en toute simplicité. A première vue on ne se doute pas de ce qui se cache derrière le grand portail de la maison : un magnifique petit jardin de campagne très bien entretenu, une piscine couverte et un poulailler au fond du jardin qui fait la joie des grands et des petits. Très bien situé à quelques kms d'Arcachon et de la Dune du Pilat , cette location est à recommander. Nous avons apprécié l'atmosphère familiale, la quiétude du lieu et bien entendu la magnifique région qu'est le bassin d'Arcachon. Nous ne manquerons pas de venir dire bonjour à nos hôtes si nous repassons un jour dans la région.

FIN DE SEMANA INCREÍBLE

Este verano hicimos una escapada en pareja y no pudimos elegir mejor lugar en Landas para pasar 3 días y noches de ensueño. El contacto con Stephanie desde el primer momento fue fantástico, contesta todos los correos rápidamente, es muy agradable y explica todo con mucha claridad. A la llegada nos recibió su marido François quien nos estuvo enseñando toda la zona ajardinada del recinto. Él es jardinero y tiene la zona común preciosa, limpia, muy cuidada... parece el paraíso! Cuenta con una piscina climatizada (ideal si pillas algún día de lluvia, como nos pasó a nosotros), y parte de la energía lumínica es renovable. El apartamento no es muy grande, es como un cobertizo, pero está muy bien distribuido. Tiene grandes ventanales y unas cristaleras en el techo de forma que es muy luminoso. Resulta muy acogedor e íntimo. Casualidad llegamos en plenas fiestas de La-Teste y François nos acompañó para enseñarnos el camino a la zona del puerto donde se montan los chiringos (no más de 10 minutos andando), y también es donde está la estación de tren que conecta con Burdeos. Todas las mañanas nos dejaban croissants en la puerta para desayunar, un detallazo. Tienen bicis a tu disposición sin ningún cargo extra. Como no mencionar a la pequeña Coline, correteando de un lado a otro con una sonrisa que alegra a cualquiera! El último día nos llevamos un recuerdo que nos tenían preparado pero el plato fuerte ya nos lo habían dado el día anterior. No puedo decir qué pasó, pero nos dieron una sorpresa que NO TIENE PRECIO. Tan solo decir que fue algo alucinante. No se puede desvelar, quien lo quiera descubrir, que se aloje. Nosotros, por supuesto, volveremos. Muchas gracias por vuestra atención familia Hamot.

magnifique séjour !

Nous avons été séduites tant par la région et ses paysages magnifiques que par l'accueil de nos hôtes : François et Stéphanie (sans oublier Coline !) sont adorables , prêts à tout pour vous satisfaire, heureux de faire partager leur amour de la région . La location est nichée dans un jardin magnifique. Le séjour fut intense , aux multiples facettes : découverte d'Arcachon en 2CV ! balade à vélo, survol du bassin d'Arcachon en avion (grandiose !) journée en bateau dans le bassin..Un superbe séjour et une belle rencontre !..
