Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© chez Remy et ce fut bien agrĂ©able. L’extĂ©rieur est top et la maison est agrĂ©able. Remy est un hĂŽte trĂšs agrĂ©able qui nous a donnĂ© pleins de conseils et qui est Ă  l'Ă©coute. Les environs ne sont pas formidables mais’la maison est bien placĂ©

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines dans la maison et avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour globalement. Il y a certains points qui mĂ©riteraient une amĂ©lioration pour que cela soit plus en cohĂ©rence avec le prix de la location, et si l’on compare aux autres locations oĂč nous avons dĂ©jĂ  sĂ©journĂ© (je prĂ©cise qu'au total nous avons payĂ© 350€ par nuit, incluant les frais de service Abritel). Points positifs : -extĂ©rieur trĂšs agrĂ©able avec piscine chauffĂ©e, -espace de vie spacieux, -Ă  20' de voiture du centre d'Arcachon et permet de rayonner facilement dans la rĂ©gion. Points nĂ©gatifs : -cuisine qui manque d'Ă©quipements et de couverts (pas de bouilloire,trĂšs peu de couverts,couteaux non tranchants,pas de verre Ă  vin...), -literie bas de gamme, -situĂ© en zone industrielle, donc rien d'accessible Ă  pieds et les alentours immĂ©diats n'ont pas d'intĂ©rĂȘts, -mĂ©nage quasi non-fait Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (RĂ©mi a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©actif et comprĂ©hensif Ă  ce sujet, on le remercie). MalgrĂ© tout,on aurait prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© que quelqu’un repasse pour Ă©viter d’avoir Ă  faire le mĂ©nage Ă  notre arrivĂ©e ce qui n’est jamais agrĂ©able, -pas de climatisation (cela est bien prĂ©cisĂ© dans l’annonce mais en cas de fortes chaleurs la maison retient la chaleur,mĂȘme volets baissĂ©s en journĂ©e,il faut donc le savoir), -pas d'accueil physique et de livret d'accueil,ni de petite attention Ă  l'arrivĂ©e,c’est la premiĂšre fois que cela nous arrive et on se rend compte que cela a son importance! L’accueil d’hĂŽtes est un vrai art,pas juste un gagne-pain!

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns direkt wohlgefĂŒhlt. Obwohl wir deutlich eher vor Ort waren, konnten wir die Wohnung schnell beziehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging reibungslos in Französisch oder Englisch. Es ist absolut ruhig und doch inmitten von vielen AktivitĂ€ten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man konnte am Pool entspannen, oder Pferderennen ganz in der NĂ€he ansehen. Wirklich ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Lieben Dank dafĂŒr.

Maison trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©e. Beaucoup d espace. Exterieur avec plusieurs endroits agrĂ©ables( transats, salon d extĂ©rieur, espace petanque...). Belle piscine. TrĂšs propre. PropriĂ©taire sympathique discret et disponible. La maison est bien situĂ©e pour circuler dans le bassin d Arcachon et ses environs, proche des commerces. SituĂ©e en bordure de zoning, les environs immĂ©diats sont sans intĂ©rĂȘts et pas trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Mais la proximitĂ© des sites intĂ©ressants la positionne trĂšs favorablement. A recommander!

Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine avec ma femme dans la maison de RĂ©mi: - La maison est bien situĂ©e proche des plages et d'Arcachon et dans un environnement calme. - La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e Ă  l'intĂ©rieur , l'extĂ©rieur trĂšs agrĂ©able et la piscine bien sympathique - RĂ©mi tant Ă  l'arrivĂ©e qu'au dĂ©part a Ă©tĂ© d'une extrĂȘme gentillesse En somme nous recommandons !!!
