Superb Vacation House With Garden And Terrace
HostnFly offers you this charming, bright and well-appointed 50 square meters house, which is perfect for children (an umbrella bed is available if required) and ideal for a stay with family or friends, ready to accommodate 6 people. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a swimming pool (open from 05/28 to 09/15) and a lovely terrace with garden furniture and parasol.

This house will be perfect for a family vacation and will make you feel at home. It includes: two bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed, an Italian shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed.
In addition to this, it has a shared swimming pool, a beautiful furnished terrace that will be very appreciated in summer and that allows you to relax after a day of walking while enjoying the fresh air of the garden.
During your stay, the following facilities are at your disposal: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Washing machine, Heating, Refrigerator.
A professional cleaning is done after each traveler.
For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket at 10-min walk and various bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
The accommodation is appreciated by travelers for its ideal location and is close to the beach, where you will find the water park (WATERFUN) and close to the amusement park (L'île aux Pirates).
To mark your stay, don't miss visiting: the Skatepark of La Tranche-sur-Mer 8 min by car, the Grouin du Cou lighthouse 16 min, the House and gardens of Georges Clemenceau 30 min and its beautiful beaches such as Plage de la Grière, Plage de la Terrière, plage Les rouillères and many others.
For a little boat trip, a rental service is located 11 min away by car. Ouest sea zone is a boat rental company that offers nautical excursions on semi-rigid boats, sea trips to the Ile de Ré, Fort Boyard, Ile d'Aix, Pointe d'Arcay, Banc du Bûcheron, sea trips, discovery of the Tranchaise coast. Service of dry port, launching and exits of water boats, renting of places on the ground, transport and handling, help and advice to the navigation, renting of fishing equipment, water skis, wake board, towed buoys.
