"I was a bit skeptical at first visiting from the United States however, to my surprise this place is legit and super, super nice!!!! Customer service was helpful and for a moderate exra fee allowed us to check in early. The website states check in is 11:00 am but after booking the check in time changed to 3:00pm and that was a red flag to me until I spoke with customer service.
