"The rooms were clean. The breakfast was large with lots of choices. We liked the bar, you could get a light meal there if you wanted. The room was a bit warm for our liking. We could not get it to cool off enough. That was a common complaint that we heard from other guests as well. We went in mid April. Otherwise we liked the property. Only 129 yards to the Eiffel Tower. Amazing location. "

"From the moment we arrived we loved it. The doorman was extremely kind and the lovely young lady at check in was so helpful and pleasant. I believe her name is Sabine… but I could be wrong. They set up the sofa bed for our toddler without us even asking. It was such a nice surprise. The view was spectacular! Waking up to Eiffel Tower views was amazing… having coffee on the balcony was even better."

"Staff was not very helpful with questions we had"

"It is a comfortable and clean property. The only issue we faced was while check-in. The person on duty was very rude and was not ready to listen to our point. We were travelling with a 4 months old baby and we reached hotel around 2:00pm. I had booked an extra night to avoid waiting long for the check-in time. The person at the reception was very rude and kept insisting in waiting without listening to our whole point. He was almost ready to fight. Moreover I had spoken to their customer support 2 days in advance to avoid such scenario and they assured me there won’t be any troubles during the check-in but this person at the counter disregarded the whole thing said “Our customer teams are are sitting in Lyon. We are not connected to them and I cannot help. You need to wait.” Then after him calming down he gave us a very nominal room at first floor whereas we booked a room on upper floor with some extra amenities, like full minibar. Unfortunately we did not get to experience any of it because of the rude staff. The stay was okay if you don’t need to interact either the staff, a bit out of the main city, clean and quiet."

"The bathroom is very small and they do not give hand towels it’s only 2 shower towels no coffee it’s the first hotel with no coffee no tea And AC wasn’t working we sleep with the windows open the 2 beds have been about 6 in a part Overall ligation is very good good restaurants and prices are good the train station is about 5 minutes walk every one are very kind "

"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was not very professional and did not explain basic information such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast, or other important hotel details. The housekeeping staff was also quite impolite. When we returned to the room and needed to use the washroom while they were cleaning, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and guilty, as though we were inconveniencing them in our own room."

"We were there just for one day, but the staff was so accommodating."

"Staff at the reception did not speak English very well. The housekeepers did not speak English at all and were rude. I asked for extra towels and they gave me looks. I stayed for 7 days none of the days, the housekeeper or reception asked if I needed anything. The lady at the breakfast also did not speak in English and was also short tempered with English speaker. My room faced the cemetery. Location was good near the subway. I don’t think I would stay there again due to these reasons."
