The hotel has been under renovation for a few months now , it does not say that on the website. To gain customers & their trust you must provide great Customer Service & that begins with providing accurate information to your customers. Customers have no access to more than half of the Amenities & still being charged full price. There was alot of banging on the walls during the middle of the night. I hope that after the renovation it holds up to the pictures on the website because right now it looks like a totally different hotel & area.
