The host gave my mother and I clear instructions on getting unto the unit, where to park and access the wi-fi. The shared kitchen was clean and tidy. The only time we saw our host was upon our arrival. The private bedroom and bathroom was spotless. Comfortable bed and pillows with fluffy towels. Everything you for a overnight stay. We asked our host to share some nice breakfast/brunch spots and she responded promptly. I'll definitely be booking with Sylvia again.

Host became unresponsive and I never stayed at the place. Place was marked as whole place to yourself on Expedia but host said it’s a shared space.

Terrible

This property was not 100% transparent as to the shared accommodations. Had to share the kitchen with the property manager. The access to the laundry was blocked and not able to use. The kitchen the fridge was full and no room for our cooler belongings. Only one towel provided. The tv was locked to others we could not watch. The manager monopolized kitchen so we had to wait to cook our food. The property manager had people over to set up and install furniture they were running up and down the stairs. The directions are not clear as to getting to the unit she needs to say her street is split by another road. No lamps in the bedroom. No access to the air conditioning to adjust to our liking. No exterior lock on bedroom door. We had to take all of our valuables with us. Bathroom not set up for seniors tub was very high. All these things should be in her description of rental. Especially that you are sharing with other people. No hand towels no wash cloths. Unit was dusty.
