"Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...

"We had a great stay at this home in Buffalo. The space was beautifully decorated with thoughtful art pieces throughout, which made it feel warm and inviting. There was plenty of room to spread out, and everything was comfortable and well laid out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area, especially with a group!"

"We had family Thanksgiving there. Plenty of room for grandparents, parents and kids. Everything was in working order, sufficient dishes and cookware to prepare our Thanksgiving feast. The beds were comfortable. We all said we would definitely be happy to stay there again.Some confusion in the listing. Instructions stated entry in rear of house but actually was front so trouble with entry code until determined at incorrect door. Listing said parking in driveway but was changed to only on street parking. Signs in home also still state laundry available but is not. That wasn’t an issue."

"Nick was a great host. He was very responsive and he left a great book explaining everything in the apartment. It also included wonderful recommendations for places to each and attractions in Buffalo. The apartment was spacious - sky-high ceilings, a beautiful bay window with a stained glass border. There's fireplaces in just about every room(I think they are only decorative now) and a wonderful modern kitchen. There's also an enclosed sunroom that would be great during the warmer months. If I were to come back to Buffalo, I would definitely book the Platt Mansion again. "
