“Good Service”

“The property was ok, but the place was clean. I think it was overpriced though, and I could have gotten a place nearby for less that was comparable. It may be priced that way because it’s near a casino and a mall. Neither one of which I was interested in.”

“Great area, pool area & comfy beds!”

“Clean room, great breakfast, pet friendly. Our room was very nicely sized with plenty of room. A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were okay, but there were all the same so no options if you liked something flatter or fluffier. Our shower was great and roomy. We had a dog (140 lbs) with us and they have a small grassy area near the building that worked great. The area seemed a little sketchy. There was a guy looking in car windows when we arrived, so we brought in……

“The hotel room was clean and comfortable. In room coffee was provided but only one decaffeinated and one caffeinated was provided for 2 of us so got a couple more from the front desk but should have had enough so I didn’t have to go get more. There was one chair in the room to sit on but with 2 people there should be 2 as there was plenty of room for them. We ate dinner and had breakfast at Guy Fieros. Very good food and service. We stayed Friday night so we could attend the stir cove……

“Quiet and comfortable”

“Water pressure is awful, took me an extra 20 minutes to get my hair rinsed. Housekeeping is every other day so if you need towels, water, or clean sheets you are out of luck and have to buy water from store at double price. Pool occupancy is 9, so if you go down there and there is a birthday party happening like we did you are out of luck and can't swim. Hotel was clean, nice and surroundings were good. The parking is good other than when it rains it floods. Not sure we will stay again but again……

“I was very happy. And that can be hard at times with the lack of great service one sees these days. Place was immaculate. Staff was on it. Bed and room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was way better than most.”

“We chose this location because of its proximity to the Blackstone Neighborhood and its pool. The rooms were clean, though our garbage was not emptied once in the 4 days that we were there. The biggest issue that we had with this property was one of the front desk workers. It got to the point where we would think of alternate routes to avoid walking by the desk. She would admonish our children for walking back from the pool, talking at normal volumes, and even went so far as to use profanity……

“It saw clean, friendly staff”

“Staff were friendly and after a long day of moving, I was grateful for the meals for purchase rather than going out to eat. The only was, I would have been nice to have a microwave and ice bucket in our room.”

“Property was exactly as advertised. Room was comfortable and the extra kitchenette came in very handy. Breakfast was delicious with the build your own omelet station, and the happy hour and tea time were a very nice touch! Good location with restaurants walking distance and easy access to downtown just a few minutes drive away. I will definitely stay here again.”
