We really enjoyed our time as a couple and with our dogs. The house lacks nothing. The cleanliness of the oven is to be criticised. However, the kitchen is very well equipped.The surroundings are a dream. We went for a lot of walks.

das Holzhaus liegt recht dunkel zwischen Bäumen direkt an einer kleinen Straße am Rand der Siedlung, zwei baugleiche Häuser vom selben Vermieter stehen in wenigen Metern Entfernung. Gegenüber befindet sich der Wald, man kann durch die Siedlung viele Wanderwege erreichen.Grundsätzlich ist das Haus hochwertig und schön, komplett aus Holz und modern eingerichtet. Man kommt direkt in den Wohnraum mit Sofa, Esstisch und Küchenzeile. Vom kleinen Flur gehen zwei Schlafzimmer und das Bad ab, fast überall gibt es elektrische Rolläden für viel Sichtschutz und Isolation. Im Erker befindet sich ein erhöhtes Doppelbett, in das man direkt durch die Zimmertür steigt, es ist nur ein Regal (kein Schrank) vorhanden - und keine Heizung im Winter viel zu kalt! Im Bad ist nur ein kleiner Heizlüfter. Waschbecken, offene Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Es gab 4 Duschtücher, keine kleineren Handtücher, keine Haken in Waschbeckennähe - und bei Ankunft nur 1/2 Rolle Toilettenpapier. In der Küche war der Müllsack nicht ganz leer, im Eisfach lagerten noch Lebensmittel der Vormieter, Ofen, Geschirrspüler und Küchenutensilien waren ziemlich schmierig und wir haben nach Ankunft erstmal ordentlich gespült und gereinigt. Etwas Zucker und Mehl, Essig und Öl war vor Ort, man sollte aber lieber alles mitbringen, was man benötigt (auch Gewürze).Der Vermieter war sehr nett, die Kommunikation war okay. Schönes Haus für max.2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder, Lage und Sauberkeit aber nicht überzeugend, leider!

Chalet sobre et bien conçu, très bien équipé, au milieu des arbres. Confort impeccable. La terrasse sur le toit est géniale. Les autres chalets sur la parcelle, pourtant proches, sont quasi invisibles. Accès facile.

Nous étions partis pour avoir une semaine de repos et c'est ce que nous avons retrouvé dans ce chalet et son environnement. L'accueil a été très sympathique. L'équipement est complet, la déco est chouette et l'aménagement et fonctionnel. En prime, nous avons eu la chance d'observer un couple de chevreuil brouter à deux pas de nos fenêtres. Magnifique ! Nous reviendrons...

Alles im allen gut. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und man vermisst nichts...ausser....zwei Liegestühle auf der Veranda wäre wünschenswert!! Auch der Umschwung rund ums Haus müsste besser gepflegt werden. (Spinnweben usw.) und vor allem einen brauchbaren Besen wäre nützlich. Ansonsten Tip Top

Das Ferienhaus liegt traumhaft mitten in der Natur. Wir haben mit unseren beiden kleinen Hunden eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Die Angaben im Inserat treffen zu. Lediglich die Dusche hat doch schon etwas gelitten. Labaroche liegt auf 700 Meter Höhe ca. 30 Minuten von Colmar Zentrum entfernt. Da es im näheren Umfeld keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, sollte man schon bei der Anreise seine Lebensmittel mitbringen, da die Fahrt bis Colmar doch sehr kurvenreich ist. In ca. 5 km Entfernung im Nachbarort Trois Epis gibt es eine sehr gute Bäckerei. In ca. 30 Minuten Fussweg ein schönes Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und werden wiederkommen. Charles, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und empfängt einen persönlich.

Petit chalet cosy, chaleureux. Très bien équipé et idéalement situé, ce logement nous a permis de découvrir l’Alsace pendant le mois de décembre, féerique. Le propriétaire est disponible et nous a mis tout de suite à l’aise .

Bungalow trés bien situé dans un bois tranquille tout en étant prés de beaucoup de points d'intérets. Intérieur trés agréable et cocooning. Bien isolé du froid, belle décoration, literie trés confortable, salle de bain de bonne grandeur. Seul bémol il n'y a pas de rampe ni de marches d'accés pour descendre jusqu'au stationnement trés en pente de la voiture ce qui s'est avéré assez compliqué avec la glace et la neige.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Gîte Sous les Pins. Nous avons eu de la neige toute la semaine! Le gîte est idéalement placé pour aller à différentes stations de ski vosgiennes. Le gîte est cosy et très fonctionnel, on se sent vite comme chez soi! Je recommande.

Nach angenehmen 2h Fahrt trafen wir im schönen Elsass ein. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, ein Traum im Wald! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Der Gastgeber Charles ist ein sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Mann! Besten Dank für alles und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Een mooi vakantiehuisje met parkeerplaats voor de deur. Voorzien van alle comfort en goed gelegen voor veel daguitstappen en uitstekende * restaurants en wijnhuizen die na gemiddeld 30 min met de auto rijden te bereiken zijn. Wandelingen kan je voor de deur starten en aansluiten op de vele aangegeven wandelingen in de buurt.

Die Lage im Wald ist einmalig! Erholung ist hier vom ersten Augenblick an Programm - Ruhe - gute Luft - und eine der Lage entsprechende Architektur lassen einem hier sofort in die Natur eintauchen. Die geschmacksvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung runden den Aufenthalt mit hochstehendem Komfort ab. Wir haben die Vogesen mit den bewaldeten Wanderwegen und Seen sehr genossen. Abwechslung findet man in der Weinebene mit romanischen Dörfern und Burgen. Eine sehr vielseitige Ferienregion für die ganze Familie. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Ferienhaus von Charles ist sehr schön und genau richtig für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern! Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn- und Essraum mit Küche, ein großes Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung ist noch recht neu, schön zusammengestellt und alles insgesamt gut gepflegt. Die Küche ist mit vielen Töpfen, Pfannen, Tellern, Tassen usw. ausgestattet. Die Hütte liegt in der Nähe von Trois-Epis, einem kleinen Ort mit Kirche und Bäckerei, auf einem Berg in einem kleinen Wohngebiet umgeben von Wald. Vor dem Haus führt zwar eine kleine Straße vorbei, die aber wenig befahren ist und nicht stört. Auf beiden Seiten und hinter dem Haus stehen weitere Ferien- und Wohnhäuser, hinter Bäumen versteckt - man ist also nicht ganz abgeschieden, aber es ist ruhig und doch mitten in der Natur. Und die Lage ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Wald, Ausflüge in kleine und größere Städte, Badeseen, Weinberge... Fünf Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt gibt es eine Gaststätte mit gutem elsässischem Essen und einer riesigen Spielwiese für Kinder und auch sonst gibt es in den umliegenden Dörfern / Städten hervorragende Restaurants. Neben der ersten Hütte ist bereits eine Zweite gebaut und weiter hinten eine Dritte angelegt. Charles ist sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert. Wir haben eine Stunde vor unserer Ankuft angerufen und er war schon da, als wir an der Hütte ankamen und hat uns alles erklärt - wir haben uns bei einer Mischung aus Französisch und Deutsch getroffen Auch die Abreise war unkompliziert und da die Hütte nicht gleich wieder belegt war, waren wir flexibel in der Abreisezeit. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder - vielleicht auch mit Freunden in beide Hütten! Vielen Dank für alles!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit liebevoller Ausstattung! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. In wenigen Schritten kann man schöne Spaziergänge durch den Wald unternehmen. Die Umgebung bietet viel: Schöne Städte, Weinberge, Wald, usw. Wir hatten eine erholsame und abwechslungsreiche Woche. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Die Abstimmung ist problemlos gewesen. (Wie auch in vorheriger Bewertung geschrieben.)

Charles has a beautiful place in forest area les Evaux. All furniture and equipment is new, clean and works well. We loved the smell of wood ! Charles was an attentive host. The house lays next to a quiet road and has a nice roof platform . We liked the house, the smell of wood (still there at home) and the lovely cremant! Thank you for being so attentive, good luck for the future!
