Great week in Croatia

We had a great time in this holiday home, which offers plenty of space, and all necessary equipment including aircon in both units. The pool was enjoyed until late and we liked the grill. Also, nice and cosy beaches were near by, as well as the beautiful old town of Labin. Over all a very pleasant stay with very friendly and helping landlords.

Eine gute Wahl- empfehlenswert :-)

Schönes freistehendes Haus mit großzügigem, gepflegtem Außenbereich. Man hat Privatsphäre und genügend Platz. Für unsere Jungs war die Tischtennisplatte ein besonderes Highlight und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Check-in und Kontakt war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden wieder kommen.

Ein schöne Unterkunft!

Sehr netter Gastgeber. War stets hilfsbereit. Schönes Haus, Pool, Grill, etc. Außer die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich. Das Haus liegt idyllisch im Grünen. Für Einkäufe oder Abends essen gehen sollte man ein Auto haben.

Familien Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren über die Pfingstferien dort. Es hätte nicht schöner sein können! Das Haus ist sehr sauber , schön gepflegtes Grundstück. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder zw 9 u 6 Jahre. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. 10 min mit dem Auto bis zum Strand. Der Ort hat ein sehr schöne Altstadt ,die zum flanieren einläd!

Schönes und sauberes Häuschen

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht wir haben den gasgrill sehr viel benutzt, hat wunderbar funktioniert! Der Pool war für uns ausreichend und wir konnten unseren Kindern ein bisschen das Schwimmen beibringen. Was ich aus der Beschreibung nicht so herausgelesen habe es sind tatsächlich zwei Wohnungen das ganze ist mehr wie zwei doppelhaushälften aufgeteilt in der einen Wohnung sind drei Betten und in der anderen vier, als Familie mit drei Kindern haben wir dann die eine Wohnung zum Schlafen und die andere zum wohnen benutzt. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich das Haus wurde uns von ihren Schwiegereltern übergeben sehr nette Leute.

Superschöner Urlaub

Das Haus war echt toll und sehr ruhig gelegen! Hatten mit einer befreundeten Familie das ganze Haus (beide Wohnungen) für 14 Tage gemietet. Die Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und modern. Der Garten und der Pool waren ein Traum! Auch die Sitzgelegenheiten zum draußen Essen und der Grill waren klasse. Restaurants im nächstgelegenen Dorf waren gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Zu den nächstgelegenen Stränden waren wir mit dem Auto zwischen 10-20 Minuten unterwegs. Also rundum ein toller Urlaub!

Super tolles Haus!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in diesem schönen Haus. Es besteht aus 2 Wohnungen, die beide sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet sind. Garten und Pool sind phantastisch. Der Gasgrill hat uns mit seiner Leistung nachhaltig beeindruckt. Wir sind toll empfangen worden und der Service war rundherum perfekt. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Danke für alles!

Lage in Spazierweite zur Altstadt von Labin. Strände und Buchten an pittoresker Steilküste in wenigen Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Der Pool funktioniert perfekt. Rundherum nur Bäume.

Sehr schönes und abgelegenes Haus

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus mit einer super Lage direkt in der nähe der Altstadt. Einzig der Gasgrill hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Uns hat es aber nicht weiter gestört. Es gibt mehrere Strände von 5 min - 15 min in der nähe, mit kristallklarem Wasser.

Top Urlaub, Top Lage, super Vermieter

Wir würden gerne 10 Sterne vergeben, das war eine sehr schöne Woche in Presika. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber, die Lage ist top! Die Restaurants und die nächsten Strände sind sehr schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Abende haben wir sehr genossen, das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Unser Vermieter Igor war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Jede unserer Fragen hat er schnell und kompetent beantwortet, er hat uns alle Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erklärt und gezeigt. Wir würden sehr gerne auch nächstes Jahr in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen. Igor, vielen Dank für alles!
