We enjoyed our stay a lot. Swimming pool perfect and well equiped (lights in evening) Owner introduced the house with some nice refreshing drinks. Ast but not least: a lot of privacy on a very good location. Thank you!

very nice stay in this house

the house is as good as the photo"s show in the advert. the owner is a very nice man who gave us two bottles of wine to tast and we want again thank him for that. if you are searching for a house with a lot of privacy and in around a hour to all the nice cities then this is the place to stay.

Nice House with extraordinary architecture

The building has a very nice architecture especially the terrace is like a little atrium and therefore protected from wind and other eyes. The wonderful pool is situated upstairs and has a smal and romantic sitting area. The sun loungers are new and clean. The rooms and bath rooms are large with high ceiling and Air conditions in each room. The backyard was covered with gravel. The grill was clean, equiped with new barbecue cutlery. Mihret, the owner, was very friendly and took care of everything very well.

Very nice hous

We stayed in this house one week and found it very nice - it corresponds to the description and the pictures. The pool area is particularly nice and we spent a lot of time there. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the owner is really service minded and everything worked perfect. Going to a beach is quick by car and there are many good restaurants, grocery stores etc. within 15 minutes.

Schöne Auszeit in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen super entspannten Aufenthalt in der Villa Kika. Selten sieht man ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Und für die Kaffeetrinker, die sich die Frage stellen: Bei uns stand eine Filtermaschine zur Verfügung. Die Lage vom Ferienhaus ist perfekt: sie ist ruhig, aber man erreicht innerhalb kurzer Zeit die umliegenden Städte und Strände. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief unkompliziert und bei Fragen hat er immer weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienobjekt Kapelica

Das Objekt war in einem sehr gutem Zustand und auch sehr sauber! Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und super nett! Die Übergabe am Anreisetag, sowie die Abnahme am Abreisetag, des Objekts verlief absolut entspannt und reibungslos. Wer mit Hund anreist, sollte nur etwas mehr Zeit für die tägliche Gassi-Runde einplanen, da es in der direkten Nähe vom Objekt kaum möglich ist. Aber wenig Kilometer Autofahrt entfernt gibt es reichlich Möglichkeiten, dies trotzdem mit seinen Vierbeinern zu genießen. In der naheliegenden Stadt Rabin, gibt es außerdem reichlich Möglichkeiten einen Großeinkauf zu tätigen. Die ganze Region Istrien hat empfiehlt sich besonders durch die vielen Ausflugsziele, welche alle innerhalb einer Stunde Fahrzeit mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Wir können dieses Objekt nur weiterempfehlen!!! Sollte es uns wieder einmal nach Kroatien verschlagen, wäre dieses Objekt unsere erste Kontaktadresse. Ein großes Dankeschön nochmal an den Eigentümer!

Einfach schön!!

Da passt einfach alles! Super Pool. Klima in den Schlafzimmern. Gelände rundherum abgeschlossen somit perfekt für Kinder und Hunde. Wurden ganz lieb begrüsst. Tip für die Anreise: Wenn man die Ausfahrt vom Kreisverkehr Richtung Kapelica nimmt sieht man wenn man weiterfährt einen kleinen Supermarkt auf der rechten Seite. Nach diesem die zweite Strasse rechts abbiegen. Die Villa liegt etwa versteckt. L.g

Gerne wieder!

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Hund, haben uns super in dem für uns großzügigen Haus erholt. Der Pool war super gepflegt. Die Lage ist etwas abseits. Ideal, wenn man dem Trubel entkommen möchte. Man erreicht trotzdem in 5 min alle wichtigen Einrichtungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen 2 Wöchigen Urlaub

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 Baby und 2 Hunde und hatten alle genug Platz in dem Haus. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in ca 5 Minuten alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in 10-15 Minuten findet man mehrere schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt, also perfekt für die Hunde. Der Pool und der große Grill sind natürlich auch ideal für einen Sommerurlaub. Der Haus Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und war auch bei Fragen erreichbar. Also wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Kroatien und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Kommunikation mit Agentur war sehr gut und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch vor Ort fühlten wir uns von Mirko sehr willkommen und alles lief problemlos. Das Haus ist schön im Grünen, ruhig gelegen. Grosse Zimmer mit genügend Stauraum. Der Sitzplatz ist toll gemacht, da er den ganzen Tag im Schatten ist. Pool ist sauber und angenehm frisch. Man ist in 5min in Labin, 10min in Rabac. Also die Lage war perfekt für uns. Das einzige war dass die Küche bei Ankunft nicht so sauber war aber ev ist unser Anspruch hier auch sehr hoch ;-)

Unser erstes Mal in Kroatien

Gerade sind wir auf dem Rückweg von zwei wunderbaren Wochen in Istrien. Unser Gastgeber Mirko hat uns überaus herzlich empfangen und sogar noch Extrakohle zum Grillen bereit gestellt. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft das Wetter kühl und durchwachsen was aber diesem schönen Ort keinen Abbruch tat. Die Kinder waren sogar ein paar Mal kurz im Pool. Das Haus war super sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Mirko hat uns sofort jeden Wunsch erfüllt, so brauchten wir eine Heizung für das Wohnzimmer und zwei Decken für die Nacht. Er gab uns gute Tipps und stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Von Labin aus kann man unzählige schöne Ausflüge in ganz Istrien unternehmen. Leider hatten zu dieser Jahreszeit schon viele Konobas geschlossen aber wir haben dennoch sehr gut gegessen. Die Infrastruktur in Labin lässt keine Wünsche offen und für uns war es genau die richtige Jahreszeit, um Kroatien kennen zu lernen. Vielen Dank liebe Familie Skahic für diesen traumhaften Aufenthalt wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Einfach toll!

Trotz, dass wir sehr spät angereist waren, wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem top Zustand. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten im Haus alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Angefangen von super gut eingerichteten Küche bis auf ein Bügeleisen. Einfach klasse!
