"Great adults only hotel. Lovely very well designed room and bathroom. Really lovely pool area, shaded lawn and beach, all with ample sunbeds. Breakfast was nice but some more fresh salad options would have been better. Easy walk to restaurants."

"Es war die beste Entscheidung, dass wir heuer, zum vierten Mal in Folge, unseren Urlaub in der Villa Anna verbracht haben.Wir empfinden jeden Urlaub dort noch schöner als den vorherigen.Es passt einfach alles!Der wunderschöne Pool wurde ganz neu gemacht und sieht mit den neuen exklusiven Fliesen noch schöner und edler aus.Es gibt neue und sehr bequeme Kippliegen am Pool und auf der überdachten Terrasse steht eine neue, gemütliche Sitzgruppe.Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei.Das Internet über Starlink ist eine tolle Sache! Wir hatten immer eine sehr gute Verbindung.Auf den neuen, exklusiven Kopfkissen schläft man wunderbar. Unsere Bewertungen aus den vorherigen Jahren kann ich auch dieses Jahr voll und ganz bestätigen.Herzlichen Dank an Arnold, unseren großartigen Gastgeber, bei dem man sich nur wohlfühlen kann."

"This is a charming small hotel in the small, medieval town of Labin. It is right on the town square with historic sites, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large and comfortable with a very nice bathroom with two sinks and a shower. The high point of our stay was Sema, the manager. She assured that everything was perfect from the room to the amazing included breakfast to arranging transport and experiences."

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa in Kroatien und waren rundum begeistert. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt, sauber und genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und man hat sich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage, der tolle Ausblick und der private Pool, der den Urlaub perfekt gemacht hat."

"Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Altstadt von Labin ist fußläufig gut erreichbar.Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die beiden Wohnungen sind sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet.Sie sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool vor dem Haus sowie die Gartenmöbel lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung wurden Getränke und Obst bereitgestellt. Wir erhielten von Doriana wertvolle Tipps zu guten Restaurants und Stränden."

"The views are beautiful. And the balconies are spacious but know that your neighbour may be a smoker and the smoke drifts into your room. It is difficult to find umbrellas either at the pool or beach. The rooms are spacious but the bathtub is quite deep and a bit difficult to get in and out of."
