「Very disappointed, we booked 2 rooms rooms 4 nights in October 25 ,all fully paid for..when we arrived June 25 th 2026 our booking wasn’t showing. We came all the way from Australia to spend time with family. 「Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr schön. Auf einem Hausboot zu übernachten ist ein echtes Erlebnis für die Familie.
Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und überaus hilfsbereit.
Frühstück und Abendessen wird als Buffet serviert. Wir empfanden es manchmal sehr laut im unteren Saal beim Essen und sind dann in den oberen Bereich auf dem Schiff (Emerald River) gewechselt.
Wir hatten Fahrräder gemietet. Diese sind eher zweckmäßig. Fahrradtouren sind mit den Fahrrädern nicht möglich.」
