Top Fewo in super Lage. Alles auf kurzem Weg erreichbar. Mitarbeiter vom Vermietungsbüro sehr freundlich.
Es wäre ein Infoblatt in der Wohnung schön, wie Müll sortiert wird. Mir geht es hauptsächlich um den Bio-Müll. Ich weiß das es Bio Müll gibt, aber leider habe ich erst nach 3 Tagen mitgekriegt dass es dafür eine Tonne gibt. Wir hatten aber schon Fewo in anderen Orten, wo alles in die Resttonne kam. Und ein kurzer Hinweis, wo der nächstgelegene Glascontainer ist, wäre schön. Erst als wir den Schlüssel abgegeben haben, haben wir auf dem Parkplatz die Container gesehen. Daher sorry, dass wir die zwei Gläser zur Entsorgung in der Fewo gelassen haben.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Besonders die Matratzen (sowohl oben im Schlafzimmer als auch im Schrankbett) waren sehr gut. Selten haben wir in einer Ferienwohnung so gute Betten gehabt.

Nette kleine Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist recht klein für 4 Personen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht und in einem guten Zustand. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Einziges Manko: es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung!
Die Lage ist perfekt! Die Nähe zum Strand ist unschlagbar, dort steht auch der schöne Strandkorb.
Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist wirklich steil, man sollte gut zu Fuß sein und bei Kleinkindern sehr gut aufpassen. Ansonsten aber alles top!

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Die FeWo liegt schön, es ist sehr ruhig, man hat einen PkW-Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Heikel ist die sehr steile Treppe (nichts für kleine Kinder, Leute mit Schwindel oder nicht so ganz Gehsichere!)
Entgegen der Anzeige und auch dem Begrüßungsanschreiben war keine Spülmaschine vorhanden (OK, wir waren ohnehin auf die kleine "Handwäsche" unseres benutzten Geschirrs eingestellt, aber dennoch irreführend.)
Ansonsten wirklich sehr sehr schön und absolut zu empfehlen!

Komfortables Apartment für den Strandurlaub
Ich war mit meiner Familie für drei Nächte im Ferienapartment und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super, es fehlte an Utensilien praktisch nichts. Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet, sehr komfortabel.
Nett wäre noch Handseife in den Badezimmern gewesen, die musste man extra kaufen.

Super Lage
Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet und hat einfach eine super tolle Lage. Nur wenige Meter und man ist am Freibad sowie am Strand von Laboe. Auch zum Brötchen holen ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Die beiden Balkone sind schön und es ist auch sehr ruhig. Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen war die Treppe in den oberen Teil des Apartments. Da muss man schon sehr sicher auf den Füßen sein, weil sie wirklich fast senkrecht nach oben wie auch nach unten geht und die Stufen aus eben diesem Grund schräg sind. Für unseren Hund war diese Treppe nicht machbar und ich habe es auch nicht geschafft nach oben zu kommen, wenn ich den Hund auf dem Arm habe. Somit würde ich dieses Apartment für Senioren nicht unbedingt empfehlen. Ansonsten alles in allem empfehlenswert!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit vielen Bequemlichkeiten, ein sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbarer Strand, ein im Preis inbegriffener naher Strandkorb, eine abwechslungsreiche Umgebung, was will man mehr! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
