Room seems run down. Some lights are not working. Water and amenities are not replenished daily. Blankets have a stench and the bed feels sticky. Curtains are so dusty and mosquitoes flying everywhere. Pillows are so worn that all my mates have stiff necks and backs after a 4 night stay. The hotel should seriously look into cleaning up the whole place thoroughly.

Navette peu fiable!!

Ok, pour une nuit, resto à proximité. Par contre à proscrire à cause du service de navette inefficace. Malgré un échangé par mail au préalable ou était préciser l'horaire d'arrivée de mon vol et le lieu de rencontre, il nous a fallu les appeler 4 fois pour que la navette arrive. 1h15 d'atttente pour voir la navette arrivée!!! Inacceptable!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The dorm was clean and the facility was great with such a price. The shuttle to the airport was awesome and cheap and I wish I had booked it for pick-up as well.

シャワーが暖かくて水圧も良かった。隣にセブンイレブンがあって、レストランもあって便利だった。送迎のバスを利用して空港まで向かったが、受付に11リンギット、なぜかドライバーにも私だけ？(他の人は私がいない時に払ったのかも？)15リンギットを払って20分くらいで行けた。毎時間送迎バスが出てて、便利。ベットもふかふかでカーテンが付いてて快適。

nice hotel for a sleep over

A bit far away from the airport for just a sleep-over Nothing interesting is in the area so only a sleepover hotel Accommodation is clean and spacious Complimentary breakfast (simple but effective)

Clogged floor drain

We booked a 6-bed dorm type room on the 1st floor. After taking one shower, the floor drain was already clogged. Four people had to wait for the water to clear.

Shuttle can service to Airport

It's located 20km away from klia 1/2 and provided shuttle service for tourists even in early morning. It's very convenient for tourist who need to transit in KLIA in early morning. However, this hotel is too far from Kuala Lumpur city.

Airport accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood

The hotel has every facility you need and then some with printer for those boarding passes and free tea and coffee. Breakfast was a good filler. They have a great and cheap shuttle service which could be majorly improved if they were contactable onskype and whats app rather than having to call them at £1 a minute. The driver Raj wss an older guy and really nice and good to talk to with nothing being too much trouble. Highly recommend this place as a modern clean layover far enough from the airport to be quiet.

Mid level stay in an inconvenient location

It was good for what it costs but there is nothing around so it's pretty boring. The wifi is great, thankfully, so I spent most of my time streaming tv shows. Otherwise there would have been nothing to do. The bathroom was actually gross in the room I was in but the beds were decent.

Execellent hotel pour se reposer entre les 2 vols

Execellent hotel pour passer la nuit en attendant le vol suivant. Hotel est propre, lit est bon, par contre 10 personnes dans la même chambre, ce n'est pas très idéal quand une personne qui tousse, une qui gronde, une qui entre et sort tous les 15mn, etc.. Le service de navette du hotel est impeccable, mais c'est cher pour le trajet aller simple airport -> hotel, 11rym entre 7h et 23h, et 21rym entre 23h et 7h. Je suis arrivé à aéroport en milieu de la nuit, à 2h du matin, et la navette de l' hotel m'attend déjà. Super service rendu.

Don't stay here! No staff and very rude locals

I stayed 2 nights. It is a cheap hostel. Maybe too cheap, as local guys use it to stay to go out and party and/or go to work at the airport. The problem is they think they own the place. Showers at 11pm, spraying cheap cologne, and then the 4am alarms and they hit snooze repeatedly. There is no staff on site. You have to check in across the street. The neighborhood is a ghost town. Save yourself the headache and get a restful night of sleep elsewhere.

Quiet and convenient for a transition

It was funny that the other hotel I booked and cancelled for this hostel was also run by the same hotel. So it was confusing at first. Friendy staff and bf was included and basic but unlimited coffee was good. It takes about 15 min to get to KLIA2 and seemed longer at night because the driver missed me. The airpot staff were very helpful and let me use his cell phone to reach the hotel. I will probably come back. THe shower was good like the one in the Tune

Good facility, unlucky with room mates.

The facilities were very nice. However, after checking in across the street, hauling all my stuff up the stairs, there was someone sleeping in my bed. Went back, asked the front desk, they said to just pick another bed. Ok. The other problem was a few local guys who worked construction were also staying in the room. They were just rude. Yelling on their cell phones 10pm and at 4am. Turning on the lights at midnight. Even after scolding them because I had to leave at 5am, they just laughed it off. Next time, I will just pay the extra $10 and get a private room.

No merit to stay here

the reception staffs are not helpful. facilities just sucks, we couldnt use any water because of pipe problems. water leaks from the ceiling... Shuttle bus only operates once an hour, and it takes 20 min to the airport, which means I had to wake up quite early, almost the same time if i would stay in center KL. I couldnt find any advantage to stay here. Just terrible.

Melhor hostel que já vi na vida! Quarto limpo, camas execlentes, banheiro integrado, tudo novo! Porcelanato camas em madeira, colchão excelente, a/c... Só o café da manhã q é fraco, mas pelo preço pago vale muuuuuuito a pena

번화가는 아니지만 공항에서 가까운 백패커 정말 좋았습니다 직원분들도 정말 친철했고 방 상태도 깔끔하고 좋았으며 시설도 정말 좋았습니다 여행가시는 분들 쿠알라룸프 많이 경유하는데 이 가격에 이런 곳에서 하룻밤 정도 쉬었다 가세요 추천합니다ㅎ 다만 번화가가 아니여서 볼거리는 아예 없습니다ㅜ
