「Breakfasts and Parking are problems of this hotel.」

「The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. The cables hanging directly above the bed for the bed lights made it...

「I originally only booked one night and then extended my staff to three nights due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the first day and handled the additional headache well and let me stay in my original room. From greeting me when we arrived to preparing breakfast my experience was very pleasant. There is not frequently that I have to stop in Eislingen but going forward now I have a reason. One staff member really stood out because when she heard we had to stay...

「Tolles Zimmer. Es war auch kein Schubkarren sondern recht geräumig. Nur eine Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war sehr unhöflich. Und eine andere Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück wollte das Obst auffüllen, hat das aber nicht getan. Wir hatten aber ein top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit Frühstück.」

「Das Zimmer war sehr gut. Aber dass man keinen Parkplatz am Hotel fand und in einem Parkhaus das Auto abstellen musste und die Parkgebühren nicht erstattet bekommt sowie das Frühstück auch selber bezahlt und organiesiert werden musste, fand ich sehr befremdlich. Ansonsten war das Hotel gut zentral gelegen.」
