"The rooms are small; shower is very small and has fluctuating water temperature. The towels are hard."

"This hotel was adequate. Best thing about it is the location. The room was tight to navigate (expected for Europe) but there were repairs going on (our room had an exposed electrical cord hanging from the ceiling, where it looked like a light fixture would go in the future). The breakfast area was small, so we opted to get breakfast at a cafe down the street. It's located on a darling street, great location, I just don't think I would choose to stay here again."

"Great location. Easy parking, staff very helpful. A couple of issues came up that were dealt with but maybe a bit of maintenance to fix sooner would have removed the issues. Broken lock, non working room safe, light switches not functioning, all fixed but they could have been done earlier. Did not impact our stay tho which was great overall."

"The hotel had parking in a garage, for a fee, which was good. It felt like the vehicle was safe overnight. The location was good, just a short walk to downtown. It was located near the highway so a bit on the noisier side if you opened the windows. The breakfast options were ok, I appreciated having some non dairy options for yogurt and milk. We had issue with our room key cards when we first arrived, we had to get them redone. The fan also wasn’t always working and there was no AC because of the time of year. It was quite warm while we were there so it did make the rooms a bit stuffy. We had also gone up to have a drink at the bar but found out it was only staffed at specific times. We ended up going out instead. All in all, on ok place."

"Everything about the hotel was outstanding and we had a great stay in a very central location for tourists. A word of caution to anyone needing to park their car at the hotel. The lot and hotel are in a pedestrian-only zone which is difficult and frustrating to navigate (into and out of) despite the directions provided by the hotel. No car, no worries."

"I stayed for 5 nights for a work trip and was very comfortable. The location is great, close to the train station and the tram and bus stops. I didn't do breakfast at the hotel and there were also no cafes nearby and open early. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There are no cute/scenic views, I was on the second floor. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, the amenities, like bar with a small menu open late and the water bottle filling station in the lobby were helpful."
