The facility in general was well kept and clean however there was only 2 bath towels when our reservation was for 4 people. We also had asked if the room could be refreshed since we were book for 5 days and only the 1 day was it done because we had asked the front desk, therefore the garage got accumulated and the washroom sink and shower had to be used for the remaining of time unclean and with 2 teenagers is kind of hard to maintain even spending most of the day out.

Great place right in the heart of the city. Close to everything, very walkable area. Hotel staff was exceptional, helped immensely and concierge provided great suggestions.
