"This was supposed to be a spa hotel with a pool. Booked only a week before arrival only to find the pool closed and limited spa access. Dirty spa area, Really not worth the stay. No refund offered for no spa plus when we arrived we were not even told the pool area was closed. We put on our bathing suits only to find the pool being emptied and the spa area very filthy. Very disappointed. We could have been informed as I would have gone elsewhere."

"We had a room with queen bed in the garden area. The rooms are small, but have everything we needed. The bathroom's door opens to the inside, which gives you no room to squeeze yourself in, because it almost abuts the toilet bowl. There are no towel hooks except on the door. We did not use the pool or outdoor area (winter) but would have wished to be able to get breakfast in the hotel."

"Nice mountain view and good location, but the overall experience was disappointing. There was an issue with our reservation, and the room was much smaller than expected. The listing also did not have enough photos, so it was hard to know exactly what we were booking. Service was mediocre, as the front desk could not do much without manager approval and management was not very helpful. We asked for a slightly later checkout as compensation, but they would only offer it for an extra fee. Be sure to confirm the exact room details and any additional charges before booking."

La vue est incroyable et l’endroit est très serein et paisible, parfait pour décrocher et se reposer en famille.La maison est très bien équipée et il ne manque rien. Le spa et le sauna ont été un vrai coup de cœur et ont rendu le séjour encore plus relaxant.Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous espérons revenir bientôt. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter."
