The living area leads to a balcony. On the same level, you'll find a bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC, also with access to the balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC on this level.
