Welcome to your serene escape on the Aquitaine coast! This beautifully detached 6-person villa in Eden Parc Golf offers a luxurious, single-level layout with the option of a third bedroom on the upper floor. Inside, you'll find elegant décor, a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a washer/dryer for ultimate convenience. With three spacious bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with twin beds—plus a bathroom, a shower room, and two separate toilets, this villa is designed for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy. Step outside to a fully fenced garden ranging from 1,200 to 2,600 m², perfect for outdoor relaxation or a sunset barbecue. Unwind by your private swimming pool (open April to November), enjoy meals under the covered terrace, or let your pet roam safely in the generous green space. The villa also includes private parking and thoughtful extras like heating and garden furniture for year-round enjoyment. Just 3.5 km from the sandy shores of Lacanau-Océan, you're minutes from surfing, sunbathing, and vibrant beach cafés. Dine at ocean-view spots like L’Assiette or enjoy dog-friendly walks in Lacanau Forest. The area also hosts seasonal pet events and scenic trails, making it ideal for guests traveling with furry friends. Whether you're into golf, nature, or waves—this villa puts it all within easy reach.

Lacanau entre océan et lac

Le lieu est idéal pour passer des vacances sur la plage de l’océan et faire du surf et jouer dans les vagues, ainsi que pour se détendre sur les plages du lac faire du catamaran. Par contre la location est trop cher car trop d’intermédiaires entre le propriétaire et le locataire. Ménage fait au dernier moment, prestation lit fait pas faite. Moisissures excessives dans la douche, siphon de douche bouché. Niveau de la piscine non fait Pour le même prix nous avons déjà été mieux accueillis
