alle apartments die schön sind haben zwei schlafzimmer. das apartment mit einem schlafzimmer und wohnküche ist im 3. stock. KEIN AUFZUG! und das balkon ist nach hinten versetzt also man sieht nichts. andere apartements haben schöne grosse balkons. es ist gut ausgestattet, gute betten, nichts quitscht. im haus ist pool, whirpool, fitness, sauna. spielplatzt für die kinder, tischtenis usw. räder kann man in einer garage deponieren. gut ist dass von der residenz bahnhof mit dem rad ohne auto leicht erreichbar ist. frühstück ist zusätzlich für 15 euro pro person möglich. vorsicht! es ist eine anlage mit familien mit den kindern! die spielen natürlich draussen.

Geworben wird mit großen, sonnigen Balkonen. Wir erhielten eine Mansarde im Nebengebäude. Der Balkon war eine Plattform zwischen zwei Häusern, ohne Sonne und Aussicht. In der Wohnung fehlt es an Vielem. Z.B.: keine Möglichkeit Jacken o.ä. aufzuhängen, keine Lampen über Tisch und Sofa ( man konnte deshalb dort abends nicht lesen) u.v.m. Auf Vorhalt wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die besseren Zimmer direkt buchenden Gästen vorbehalten seien.
