We did so in the correct timeframe but was told 2 nights were the same price as 3 so we would not get any money back. When arriving our host took us to our apartment. "Excellent excellent property!! Every penny was worth it.. one thing i could point out to improve would be the dinner time staff could do a little better… but this didn’t spoil our stay at all. Very good hotel, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Pools were amazing and very well maintained. Will definitely visit again and will recommend to other travellers visiting the dolomites."
