“Very nice place. Decor was tasteful. Room was clean and large. Staff was helpful and check-in was fast. The only negative was the HVAC unit fan was loud and the whole unit rattled while the compressor was on. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.”

“I travel a lot for work and usually stay at the larger hotel chains because they’re familiar. This trip I decided to try the Ruby Hotel outside of Sandpoint, and I’m glad I did.
From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but the moment I walked into the lobby I felt welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly, check-in was easy, and the whole place had a cozy mountain-town feel.
