"Problems at check in . Premier Heritage is anything but Premierand misleading as though the hotel was trying to deceive you. Shd be categorized as Low, Medium, High so you know. Insistence paid off with an upgrade at the end. That improved my stay"

"The hotels itself had a warm welcoming environment. It had a garden with rose species, and other flowers at the rear. It even a vegetable garden we enjoyed looking at. The rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly and the cook even made custom made food to our request. The owner of hotel was most accommodating and helped us plan our trips. We appreciated his taking time to advise us on our trips and even getting us in touch with the taxi companies to organize our trips. I would give it 6 stars out of 5 max if I could"
