I had booked a shuttle at 12 p.m., but I didn’t receive the confirmation the next day. She didn’t even offer a smile or an apology. On the other hand, the staff in the morning was very helpful. They tried to get a seat for my shuttle spot. That’s why I gave them a 3 out of 5. . "
